Every line carries four things: the fact, the value as written in the source, the channel that published it, and the day we read that channel ourselves.
Unsourced information is not published on this site — no guesses, rounding or placeholders. When sources conflict, the information is either not published at all or listed here alongside a verification note naming the conflicting source.
Two internal inconsistencies in the sources are also documented here: in the Van Kahvaltısı register entry, the application date differs between the document and the database summary; in the Van Otlu Peyniri register entry, the maturation period differs between the definition and production method sections. No single value has been chosen in either case.
