Regional and international menu options are offered for private meetings and family meals. The menu, number of people and date are set out in writing in our reply to your request.
Dinner is also served to groups; buffet dinners are arranged on request. Write with your date and number of people; the menu and arrangements will be provided in writing.
Breakfast is served as a buffet every morning at Rua Teras Restaurant on the top floor, independently of any event.

The process has four steps.
Step 1: Write what you have in mind
The type of event, date, estimated number of people and whether you want a meal are all we need.
Step 2: The hotel checks the hall and date
You receive a written answer on capacity based on your guest count.
Step 3: The menu is discussed
The cost of each menu for a given number of people varies by date and group size and is provided in writing.
Step 4: The terms are put in writing
The event is not confirmed until the date, time slot, number of people, menu and payment arrangements are fixed in writing. For events with overnight stays, include your room request in the same message; the hall and rooms are planned together.
Each event is priced separately according to the date, number of people and menu; capacity and cost are provided in the written reply to your request.
