Belvan Kart is used on city buses; it is issued in three types — full-fare, reduced-fare and free — and is valid within Van province. It can be topped up at agents, smart top-up machines and through the municipality's app.

One warning could save your journey: some city bus routes in Van do not operate at weekends. If you are planning an outing on Saturday or Sunday, check the route to your destination in advance; the municipality's call centre is 444 44 65.
