Muradiye Waterfall
A 50-metre-high waterfall on the Bend-i Mahi stream, fed by Mount Tendürek. A suspension bridge crosses the water.

The waterfall is in Muradiye district, on the Bend-i Mahi stream fed by Mount Tendürek. It takes its name from the Ottoman sultan Murat IV, who set out on the Baghdad campaign.
According to the record of Van Valiliği (Van Governor’s Office), it is 50 metres high. Visitors can cross the suspension bridge over the water.
The Governor’s Office states that people picnic at the site in spring and summer, and that the water freezes in winter.
Getting there: turn off the Van–Erciş road at the Muradiye–Çaldıran junction.
